Terms & Conditions
By booking or using our self-drive car rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Eligibility
The renter must possess a valid Driving License, be at least 21 years of age, and provide valid government-issued identification at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Rental charges, security deposits, and applicable taxes must be paid as per the agreed terms before the vehicle is handed over.
3. Vehicle Usage
The rented vehicle must be driven only by the authorized driver. Reckless driving, racing, illegal activities, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
4. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level. Any shortage may attract additional fuel and service charges.
5. Vehicle Condition
The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for excessive dirt, interior damage, or missing accessories.
6. Accidents & Damage
In the event of an accident, theft, or breakdown, the customer must immediately inform us and cooperate with local authorities. Repair or insurance charges may apply as per company policy.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the timing of the cancellation and the applicable booking policy. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time.
8. Late Return
Vehicles returned after the agreed rental period may incur additional hourly or daily rental charges. Please notify us in advance if you require an extension.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are responsible for traffic violations, parking fines, toll charges, and any penalties incurred during the rental period.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this website.
